How does autologous mesotherapy work?
Platelets are blood cells that play an important role in wound healing and tissue regeneration through the release of growth factors. These growth factors promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes, i.e. the cells that produce collagen, hyaluronic acid, elastin and keratin, activate skin stem cells, while at the same time they play an important role in angiogenesis.
This whole process has the effect of rejuvenating the skin, increasing the thickness and improving the texture of the skin, improving fine wrinkles and generally reversing the aging process of the skin.

How is it possible?
The treatment is extremely simple. A small amount of blood is taken from the patient, like a general blood test, which is specially processed by centrifugation to isolate the plasma with almost all the blood platelets. The now platelet-rich plasma is then injected into the skin using an ultra-fine needle. Platelets gradually release their growth factors into the skin and activate our skin’s healing mechanisms.
How painful is the treatment?
The treatment is almost painless because a special anesthetic cream is used on the skin for an hour before the treatment, we use a special thin (almost invisible) fistula so that the stings are not felt.
How long does the treatment last?
The entire treatment lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, including the 1 hour we apply the anesthetic cream. The net treatment time is 20-30 minutes.
Are there side effects?
Platelet-rich plasma therapy has no side effects because it is completely natural. It comes from our own body and does not contain any foreign substances that could cause reactions.
How often should it be done and how long do the results last?
The treatment is recommended to be done initially twice in a period of 2-3 months, in order to achieve the maximum activation of the body’s healing mechanisms, while then it is recommended to repeat it 2 to 3 times a year.
